Hours: 10 hours/week to start

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator to support both Think Adapt Build and Bizbotweb. This role is part of our mission to help service-based businesses scale sustainably — blending marketing execution with organized systems.
This is an entry-level, remote, and asynchronous position. You’ll assist with social media, email, SEO, and content coordination while learning how strategy, systems, and marketing work together. Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Content Support (40%)

Assist with planning and scheduling social media posts

Support email campaigns, podcast launches, and SEO updates

Draft content briefs and organize marketing assets for reuse
Systems & Workflow Support (30%)

Help document processes and workflows in ClickUp

Keep campaign timelines up to date and track deliverables

Test and suggest improvements to marketing tools and automations
Collaboration & Communication (30%)

Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and the leadership team

Post updates and share progress asynchronously in Slack

Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to support campaign research, drafting, and optimization
Weekly Time Expectations

1-hour weekly marketing team meeting (Zoom)

1-hour weekly sync with the Founder or Marketing Lead

Remaining hours are task-based and asynchronous (flexible schedule; some overlap with U.S. business hours preferred for quick responses)
