Join Our Team: Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator (Part-Time, Entry-Level)

Location: Paducah, KY (In-person)
Hours: 20/week | Pay: $18–$22/hour
Start as 1099 → Transition to W-2 after 30 days

We’re on the lookout for a driven, organized, and resourceful Junior Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our internal marketing team and client campaigns. You’ll work across both Think Adapt Build and Bizbotweb, gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced environment where strategy meets systems — and marketing meets results.

If you’re entry-level but eager to learn, excited about content and campaign coordination, and curious about using AI tools like ChatGPT to streamline work — you’ll thrive here.

🚀 What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with social media, email, and content planning

  • Support marketing campaigns, podcast launches, and SEO clean-up

  • Organize marketing assets and assist in workflow documentation

  • Use ClickUp, WordPress, Slack, HighLevel, and other tools in our tech stack

  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and our strategic leadership team

  • Natural organizer who enjoys keeping things moving

  • A curious and proactive mindset — someone who sees what needs doing and does it

  • Entry-level OK! We care more about resourcefulness and willingness to grow

  • Local to Paducah, KY — able to be in-office most of the first 90 days
